Cory James Tui pleaded not guilty to three driving charges when he appeared in the Whanganui District Court last week.

Tui faces charges for failing to stop when required, driving in a dangerous manner and giving false details. Judge Dugald Matheson remanded Tui on bail for a case review hearing on March 27.

Meanwhile, Nathan Matthew Hammond pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary, one charge for unlawfully getting into a motor vehicle and one using a document for pecuniary, when he appeared in the district court.

Judge Matheson remanded Hammond on bail for sentencing on April 11.

And also in court last week, Raetihi resident Moana Hall pleaded not guilty to five counts of dealing meth and one count of cultivating cannabis.
