The results have come in and Awa are the inaugural winners of the Whanganui High School house quiz. Over 500 students participated in the event that took place at Jubilee Stadium on Friday. The overall placings were: 1st - Awa, 2nd - Maunga, 3rd - Moana and 4th - Whenua.

Jury trial chosen

The Education Council has asked us to point out it does not set goals for teachers, though it does want to know schools have a good appraisal process in place.
