Name suppression has been lifted for four of the six people accused of murdering Whanganui man Craig Rippon.
Matthew Thomas Madams, 37, Kevin Roy Madams, 42 and Tyrone Peter Madams, 57 all had name suppression lifted in the High Court at Whanganui this morning by Justice Simon France, who appearedby audio visual link.
Tyrone William Madams, 39, also had name suppression lifted. He has pleaded guilty to murder and will be sentenced tomorrow.
The rest, including two youths described as wider members of the family, have pleaded not guilty to murder and participating in a criminal organisation.
Mr Rippon, a Black Power leader, died in hospital after being assaulted at a house in Rimu St, Gonville, on November 8.
