The Southern Trust New Zealand Masters Games is calling for more volunteers to help out at this year's event in Wanganui.

Volunteers can be of any ability or age, they just need a passion for Wanganui and a can-do attitude.

By committing to three four-hour shifts, volunteers will receive a special shirt, a Games pack, and a Village pass for the event, which runs from January 30 to February 8. They will also be invited to the special volunteers celebration on the last day of the Games.

The sport co-ordinator teams organise and run the tournaments and are well into their planning.

If you have any sport-specific questions, they are happy to help you - their contact details are on their sports page on www.nzmg.com

The Games Village crew are an essential element of the Games and each year more people want to be part of this fun and energetic group.
