Protein from plants : A farewell to farms? : Is animal farming finished?
Allan Hardacre is a retired Senior Researcher in the Massey University Institute of Food Science and Technology.
He specialises in the function of starches and flours in foods and in the manufacture of meat analogues from plant protein. In his spare time he lectures in brewing and restores old cars.

His Whanganui Science Forum talk on Tuesday, June 26 is:
