Competitors and spectators enjoyed a great weekend at Lake Wiritoa for the 2021 Nautique NZ National Water Ski Championships.

Over 100 competitors from around New Zealand enjoyed perfect weather and water conditions on Saturday and Sunday.

Central region president Iain Bill said the national contest was scheduled to be held at Lake Wiritoa in 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19.
