Ray White Wanganui had been putting out a hard-cover glossy magazine every two months for about four years now.
"The product is fantastic but delivering it was the problem. Now the Wanganui Chronicle has stepped in and can deliver it by wrapping it up with the Midweek which goes to something like 17,000 letterboxes," Mr Hocquard said.
The print run was about 20,000 copies and apart from the Midweek delivery it will go to every news stand in Whanganui "and everyone will know it's there".
He said the success of the campaign would be known soon after the first copies are delivered with Midweek this week and once a month after that.
"This is about increasing sales and awareness of our brand," he said.
