Fire and Emergency crews battled to put out a 100m by 150m scrub fire near Fordell on Thursday afternoon.
Two appliances were called to the fire around 4.40pm that stretched down a bank.
Fire crews worked with forestry packs to extinguish the fire until around 6.15pm.
