Cyclist taken to hospital after Whanganui crash

A Whanganui cyclist was taken to hospital after a crash involving a vehicle at the intersection of Dublin and Bell Sts in the city on Wednesday night.

The crash was reported to police at 8.42pm.

The cyclist received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Whanganui Hospital.

The road was open by 9pm, police said.
