A 14-year-old and two 12-year-olds are being dealt with by youth services after a car stolen from Whanganui was recovered in Marton.
Whanganui Police Senior Sergeant Shayne Wainhouse said the vehicle was stolen from the SaveMart carpark in Kelvin St between 11.30am and 1.30pm on Saturday, November 25. The threeyoung people were found with the car in Marton.
In a separate incident, a white Hyundai Lantra station wagon, registration XK6868, was unlawfully taken from Heads Rd overnight on Saturday/Sunday, November 25/26. It has not been recovered.
