Highlights for Ms Goodge included Boesenkool Family Ensemble, Niko Ne Zna and The Nukes.
"Boesenkool Ensemble are a family group with the oldest about 19. They were so charming with an eclectic mix of pieces. Niko Ne Zna just had people up dancing and The Nukes were two hours of pure entertainment at the end."
She said it was a shame the fear of rain stopped the showing of Charlie Chaplin's The Kid outdoors but while the projector was covered, the indoor-type screen was not and it wasn't waterproof.
"And it did start raining heavily, though briefly, at about the time we would have been taking it down.
"Next year we will have to look at getting a screen made for the outdoors."
The event may also be condensed next year.
"A few things didn't work," said Ms Goodge.
"Several people said it was stretched a little thinly in the central city and a T shape with two blocks of Ridgeway and two blocks of Victoria Avenue may be better.
"But then people further up will miss out. We will need to talk about it."
