A meeting for Anzac Parade residents whose properties are within the cordon area will be held at 6pm at the Wanganui Girls' College hall.
The Wanganui District Council has organised the meeting to update residents. The council is asking "if you know someone who lives in the Anzac Parade cordon zoneplease tell them about this meeting."
Affected businesses in the Taupo Quay cordon area met with Civil Defence staff this afternoon to discuss access to properties.
