A quick and easy asain inspired dinner.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup beef stock

1 tsp each: cornflour, soy sauce, crushed garlic, diced chilli

500g lean sirloin steak, fat trimmed

1 tsp canola oil

250g sliced mushrooms

2 cups broccoli florets

100g sugar snap peas

Method:

Whisk beef stock, cornflour, soy sauce, garlic and chilli together in a bowl. Thinly slice beef. Add to soy mixture and stir to coat.

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add mushrooms, broccoli and peas, and 4 tablespoons of marinade from the beef. Stir and cook until the broccoli is crisp-tender. Add beef and remaining marinade. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes, until beef is tender. Great garnished with coriander and served with rice. - Serves 4
