"We're going into more modern, brighter and more efficient premises with more parking for customers as well," he said.
Mr Boyd said upgrading the new premises included adding to the existing buildings as well as joining two buildings together.
"Our stationery shop will be twice the size of our current one," he said.
Another feature of the new setup would mean customers would be able to see design teams working through one window and factory staff working through another window.
And on the first day of trading from the new site the company will unveil a brand- new logo.
"We've been H&A; for quite a while now but this shift is a chance for us to present a new face for our company," Mr Boyd said.
