From a room in one of Wanganui's old Victoria Ave buildings, Kellee Bartlett is promising to make clients look hotter in just 90 minutes.
That's how long it takes to glue a synthetic eyelash onto each lash of a client's eyes.
Miss Barlett, who prefers to go by the titleBoss Lady, was trained in Auckland and specialises in eyelashes. She said they can be a revelation "for how wonderful they can make you look".
"I've got a lot of people who could vouch for that."
The lash extensions last for three to five weeks, she said.
Her business, Maibeauty, has been trading since January and she plans to formally launch it on May 11 with a fundraising hangi and raffle for the breast cancer cause.
Miss Bartlett rents a beauty room upstairs at 83 Guyton St. She deals with eyebrow shaping and spray tanning as well as eyelash extensions, and has a technician who deals with nails.
