Police are asking people to drive carefully in wet conditions after an accident in Whanganui yesterday.
A car ended up on its nose and overhanging the railing at the bottom of Portal St, where emergency services were called just before 9am.
The driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was uninjured and there was no other vehicle involved.
Police officer Melissa Burroughs said people needed to drive to the conditions, especially in rain.
