Other lucky draw winners were: Jade McBirney Warnes and Milan Carey (getting a tackle box each), Katelyn Edgecombe and Fletch Shuter (Hiwi the Kiwi books), Eve McBirney Warnes, Cole Carey, India Ruddell and Emily Cramond (all receiving Salty Dog packs), while the winner of the Kilwell Smoker raffle was Tania McBirney.
In big gamefishing news, reports were starting to come through of two blue marlin being weighed in at Doubtless Bay and Tutukaka; Houhora still waiting to break the ice and weigh in its first gamefish of the summer.
