Totalspan Far North (Kaitaia) owner operators Yvonne and Andrew Eason have quite a reputation amongst the 29 franchises around the country. In 2013 and again last year they won the Totalspan operational excellence award, and while they couldn't make it three in a row in Rarotonga earlier this month they came home with the awards for customer excellence and Habitable Building of the Year.

Awards are presented in eight categories at the annual conference, which this year took place in Rarotonga, Mrs Eason saying Kaitaia's continued success was very gratifying.

"We are extremely proud to have been presented with these two awards, and to be able to show the larger towns that the Far North can foot it with the best in the Totalspan NZ network," she said.

"And we have to give special thanks to our fantastic team and the talented sub-contractors who help us bring these awards back to the Far North every year."
