WALK THIS WAY: Team Horeke - Joanne Hack, Lesley Hack, Joanne Leef, Toni Hack, Bianca Wilson and baby Kahu Hack - enjoy ideal early autumn conditions at Ahipara on Saturday as they start the 6km Walk For Life event organised by Kaitaia-based health organisation, Te Hiku Hauora as part of the activities in Te Houtaewa Challenge. Both Lesley and Joanne Hack came back from Perth to take part and played a large part in encouraging other friends and whanau to join them. A gallery of images from the Walk for Life can be viewed on the Age website.
