Wasted protest

Under Health Department guidelines Jujnovich Holdings is no longer a tobacconist.

Some days ago members of the public spoke to Mr Jujnovich and reached agreement that
all synthetic dope would be taken off his shelves, which they were.

Mr Jujnovich has gone out of his way to help people and sports clubs in the Far North.

Synthetic dope comes under strict Health Department guidelines, which ensure there is
nothing untoward in these substances.

If protesters had taken the opportunity to speak to Mr Jujnovich to discover the truth
they would not have made a spectacle of themselves, which puts Kaitaia on the back
foot again.

As I left Jujnovich Holdings store after the protest, I observed two of the main protesters walking down the street past Jujnovich Holdings sharing a marijuana joint, which they attempted to hide but the smell of the drug lingered as I was walking towards my
vehicle.

I do not smoke marijuana or synthetic drugs but I did not begrudge Mr Jujnovich for
previously meeting the consumers' needs with respect to the `legal' synthetic product sold in communities throughout the country.
