'Immoral' sex education

Your editorial exposing 'sabotage' by SAFE and Farmwatch was enlightening.

These animal lovers bewailed the fact that approximately two million bobby calves are killed each year - for meat!

Yet each year in New Zealand, around 13,000 unborn babies lose their lives to abortion.

Unlike cute little bobby calves, these little human beings never see the light of day, 13,000 New Zealand babies who could have brought joy to infertile couples, who could have grown to adulthood with an array of gifts and skills, for ever lost because their births were inconvenient.

Immigrants from foreign cultures, with different customs and beliefs, are brought here to fill the gaps in our workforce.

Yet untold thousands of potential New Zealand workers have been annihilated, not by war, but medical intervention of the cruellest kind.

The suffering of unborn babies through abortion methods such as vacuum aspiration (sucking out "the womb's contents") far outweighs what bobby calves go through.

The abortion rate has escalated alarmingly since FPA's immoral sex education was introduced.

Adolescents experimenting with sex, as they'd been instructed, have experienced unexpected consequences. And so have many of the babies thus conceived.

A nation may be judged on the way it treats its most vulnerable citizens, and who more vulnerable than an 'unwanted' unborn baby?

How foolish to encourage our young people to engage in sex without commitment! How selfish to condemn an unborn) baby to death!

How can we then ask God to defend our nation when we wantonly destroy so many lives He has created?
