Rain? What rain? Street party goes off despite the weather
More than 1000 people turned out in the pouring rain for Kerikeri's half-marathon street party on Saturday night. Those who braved the weather sampled wine from nine vineyards, tasted food from 25 restaurants and cafes, watched fire breathers and a MasterChef NZ finalist at work, and danced in the rain to three top Northland bands.
