Photos: Hidden waterfall revealed after 40 years
A massive volunteer effort has restored public access to a waterfall which was hidden for more than 40 years despite being just a short walk from central Kerikeri. Last Saturday the track was officially opened along with a footbridge over the Wairoa Stream, paid for by a descendant of a Kerikeri couple who once owned the nearby Pagoda Lodge.
