Northern Districts A representative Knight (0-18 off 3) set a good example for Y8 Levy, who proved the most accurate of the bowlers.
Bowling at good pace, Levy conceded only 15 runs in three overs against players of the experience of Briant and Marshall with the match at stake.
The Broncos, after winning the toss, bowled the Eagles out for 76 in 12.4 overs.

Cohen Loffler (3-8 off 3), Luke Hurlstone (2-3 off 1) and Gray (2-6 off 2.4) bowled cleverly and consistently for the Broncos.

Dylan O’Rourke proved an excellent foil for paceman Peter Reynolds (0-6 off 1).
O’Rourke took 1-2 off 1 while Penfold claimed (2-2 off 1), Jarrod Ormiston (2-1 off 1) and fellow left-armer Tama Holden (1-18 off 1) gave the Eagles’ bowling attack a second row of teeth.
