THE hockey round this weekend produced a second sensational result when THC lowered the YMP A colours last night.
THC took control in the second half of their senior men’s clash on the LJ Hooker Turf to hand YMP A their first loss of the season — 7-2.
YMP went
2-0 up early but by halftime THC had drawn level.
In the second period, THC made the most of their numerical advantage — YMP were a player short on the field and the lack of substitutes to provide “fresh legs” added to their problems.
THC worked together as a team and, showing good skills, they ran out emphatic winners.
