Big scores in the first round of the ‘Challenge' netball games on Wednesday night, strongly suggest the two premier grade teams should not be seriously troubled in the return games tomorrow at Victoria Domain.
The Pakn'Save matches at the YMCA, comprehensively went the way of Gillies Electrical Gisborne Girls Highand JT Contracting Horouta Gold.
The students beat JT Contracting Horouta Taimana 60-43 and Horouta Gold won over YMP Masters 61-22.
Superior fitness were factors in both results in the hour-long games.
That should be a factor again tomorrow when the students play YMP Masters at 10.45am and Horouta Gold play Horouta Taimana at 12.45pm.
