SUNDAY — Friendly group ride open to anyone interested at 8am from Avantiplus Manintrax, pace will be around 25kmh, all visitors and new cyclists welcome.

Tuesday — Twilight series, race 2, handicap race of 38km around Lavenham circuit, sign-on from 5.30 to 5.50pm at Bushmere Arms, race starts at 6pm.
