THE netball draw for SATURDAY

PAK’nSAVE Gisborne Netball, Senior Round 1, Week 5; Years 5 and 6 futureFERNS Week 2. All games are 4 x 10-minute quarters. Halftime will be six minutes to enable grading teams to move courts.

Secondary and Intermediate Grading Week 2 of two. All games will be 2 x 10-minute halves with a two-minute halftime. Teams will play two games within one round.

After the first game, some teams will need to move courts to play the second game. Game 2 will start about 28 minutes past the hour.

Badminton Eastland’s business house league starts TOMORROW. The new format from 2022 — with a social grade and a competitive grade — will be used again.

Ten teams have entered the social grade and six, the new competitive section.

WSP and Integrated Foods Limited have returned, while Turanga Health, a group of cousins and a new TEEN team have joined the ranks. A few players have also returned playing under new team names.

Competition stalwarts Slammers, Stanley Family and 3+1 have entered for another year.
