Open grade: 36km, Waingake, Brunton (8km up Waingake), Kirkpatrick Road finish.

Development grade: 17km, Tiniroto Road to base of Gentle Annie and return.

Marshals: Matt Harvey, Shane Clapperton, Lindsay File, Rowan Clark.

Visitors welcome.

TriathlonEastland Triathlon and Multisport Club races, Thursday, 6pm: Beacon Reserve, sprint distance and 3:9:3 (intermediate age upwards).

Friday, 5.30pm: Churchill Park, kids try-a-tri, distances to suit all ages (must be able to swim 50m).
