Holmes, Tapsell in Marist squadPoverty Bay rugby player Jake Holmes has been called in to the New Zealand Marist squad to play against the Heartland 15 on Saturday.
Holmes, a first five-eighth who plays his club rugby for
OBM, had some appearances off the substitutes bench for Poverty Bay this season.
He was a leading figure in OBM’s triumph this year in the top grade of Poverty Bay club rugby.
PB flanker Quade Tapsell has also been added.
