Beale said the crowd supporting them enjoyed the spectacle and encouraged their sides, especially when a good turnover was created.
“The score margins are over 10 goals but the games seemed much closer and more competitive than that suggests.
“I think the next few weeks will produce closer games as the players develop a better understanding of the intricacies of netball,” she said.
The Noogies defeated The Joops 34-22 in the opening game of the league last night.
A team calling themselves Big M beat the LHS team from Lytton High School 33-22.
In the final game last night, Uawa beat a team called BDPC 34-17.
The league continues on Thursday night next week.
