SURF LIFESAVING

The 2019 BDO Gisborne/Tairawhiti Representative Challenge surf lifesaving team has been announced for the regional teams event at Midway Beach on Auckland Anniversary Day (Monday next week).

They will compete against other regional representative teams from around New Zealand.

Team members are, from Waikanae, Britta Carroll, Briana Irving, Ana Naden, Georgie Pitkethley, Lauren Pickett, Christy Tate, Harry Allan, Lachie Falloon, Seven Mapu, Jordan McLarin and Quaid Thompson; from Midway, Alex Bermingham, Olivia Corrin (captain), Ruben Bronlund and Matthew Scott; from Wainui, Katie Kirkpatrick, Ava Smith, Mitchel Brady, Jack Keepa and Yannis Kokkosis.
