THREE Gisborne junior footballers have been representing the Central federation in an under-14 tournament in Sydney this week.
Rubi Perano and Kayley Knight are in the girls’ team. As at Thursday, they had a two-win/two-loss record.
Perano had scored in a 1-0 win on Wednesday, and Knight was playing centreback.
Both girls will also take part in Northern Districts cricket development squad training sessions in Gisborne next week.
Jimmy Somerton was representing Gisborne in the boys’ team.
