THE Gisborne under-15 netballers won their final against Trust Waikato Hamilton City Netball Centre Year 9 Blue in the North Island championships in New Plymouth to finish third in the C Grade of the tournament.

The Gisborne girls dominated the final and won 28-18.

“Well done, girls . . . a great effort,” Gisborne Netball Centre manager Allisa Hall said.

One of the team, Maysha Koia, made the C and D Grade tournament team.
