Former Gisborne Boys High School first 15 winger Penikolo Latu will start for Tonga against the All Blacks tonight.
Latu played first 15 rugby for GBHS from 2009 to 2011.
In 2010 he was selected in the New Zealand under-17 squad.
The following year he was selected in the Hurricanes
Schools team and many questioned how he did not make the New Zealand Schools side.
Latu played for Hawke's Bay straight out of high school in the 2012/13 season, appearing in four games in his first season. He has also had a season for Waikato, Doncaster in the English Championship and most recently in Southland last season.
