The Poverty Bay boys’ cricket team of 2018-19, named two days ago, will play their first representative game of the season tomorrow on Trident High School’s artificial wicket in Whakatane. Weather-permitting, it is a nine-a-side format — 30 overs per innings — against Bay of Plenty Lakelands.
The 12 playersselected are — Sebastian Wilson, Sam Briant, Peter Reynolds, Angus Baker, Te-Reimana Gray, Campbell Steele, Noah Torrance-Cribb, Dylan Foster, David Gray, Kelan Bryant, Rhys Grogan, George Gillies.
