Gisborne football clubs United and Thistle were expected to be contacted this week about the Central Football Federation response to the scuffle at the end of their Pacific Premiership match at Harry Barker Reserve last Saturday.
Federation operations and game development manager Darren Mason, who runs the league, said yesterdayhe had made inquiries during the week.
He hoped the clubs would have been informed what was going on by today. He said he wanted the clubs to learn of Central Football’s response before he made any public statement.
