Gisborne Cycling Club events —

Saturday — Club ride (no racing). Starting at 1.30pm from Taruheru Cemetery, Nelson Road. Visitors welcome.

SUNDAY — Group ride at 8am from Avantiplus Maintrax. This is a friendly group ride for anyone wanting to ride with others. Approximate pace will be 25kmh. Visitors and new cyclists welcome.

Tuesday (March 10) — Club time trial champs. Sign-on: 5.30pm to 5.50pm at Lake Road (off Lavenham Road). Start: first rider away at 6pm. Race distance: 25 kilometres. Visitors welcome.

Men — FRIDAY, 6pm: Raptors v Tolaga Bay.

SATURDAY, 3pm: Gisborne Boys' High School v Raptors.

SUNDAY, 1pm: TWK v Spartans

Women — SATURDAY, 11am: Scorpions v Rovers.
