ANARU Reedy continued his winning form as Poverty Bay-East Coast suffered their fifth consecutive loss at the Freyberg Masters golf interprovincial in New Plymouth this morning.
Reedy, at No.2 in the five-man team, defeated Stephen Hitchcox 4 and 3, his fourth win in a row after starting the tournament witha loss.
No.1 John Wyllie lost 6 and 5, No.3 Simon Jeune 1-down, No.4 Bruce Yates 3 and 2 and No.5 Dougal Watts 2-down. Only one round was played today.
The Freyberg Masters, held at the Ngamotu course, is an over-40s matchplay tournament featuring all 15 of the country's golfing provinces.
