Central School scored most points overall — 203 — at the Gisborne Primary Interschool Swimming Sports at the Enterprise Cars Aquatic Centre on Wednesday.

Wainui Beach were second, with 130 points; Mangapapa were third, with 103; St Mary’s were fourth, with 84; Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Nga Uri a Maui were fifth, with 51; Kaiti were sixth, with 32; Makaraka were seventh, with 21; Ormond were eighth, with 13; Makauri were ninth, with 10 (their senior students were away on camp); Te Wharau were 10th, with six; Waikirikiri were 11th, with three; and Te Hapara were 12th, with one point.

Awapuni students were on camp so they had no one entered.
