What a fabulous mud run

THERE was no confusion at to what the theme of the day was at Gisborne Harrier Club’s annual Mud Run yesterday . . . fun. Over 360 participants needed a good hosing down after the popular event held at the Maclaurin farm off Maclaurin Road at Hexton.

The first male to complete the four-lap main course — around 8km in total — was Steve Morrow, and Nicki Davies was first woman.
