Ute crashes near Loisels on Good Friday

A man was checked over by a St John ambulance crew after the ute he was driving left State Highway 35 late Good Friday morning and hit a tree.

The crash happened at around 11.30am between Thomas Road and Waihau (Loisels) Road.

There was no report the man needed to go to hospital.

An emergency services spokesman said he was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
