The second cruise ship visit of the season went ahead as planned on Saturday when the 140-passenger Heritage Adventurer spent the day at anchor out on Turanganui-a-Kiwa/Poverty Bay.
As usual the visitors on board came ashore to enjoy a range of local tours and activities.
The ship arrived late inthe morning from Tauranga, and sailed again at around 5.30pm that afternoon.
The much larger Noordam is due here next, on November 28.
