THE first of a series of periodic closures of State Highway 35 is happening tomorrow and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency has encouraged motorists to plan for them.
SH35 between Kopuaroa Road and Ihungia Road, north of Te Puia Springs, will be closed for certain times tomorrow and on Thursday.
The closures will allow contractors to safely replace culverts.
Closure times tomorrow and Thursday will be 8.30am to midday, then 12.30pm to 2.30pm, and 3.30pm to 5pm.
