Re: East Coast’s forestry nightmare, February 17 story.
If you know you have highly sensitive skin and you cut your natural hair off, and it turns out to be a disaster, you don’t compound the problem by putting on an artificial hat that brings with it its “own” inherent failings.
You simply
grow your hair back and all those decades of failures would “grow” away.
All that is required in the scheme of things is a little effort, a little money and “time” will do the rest.
Ultimately nature doesn’t care what we do — in its own time, nature will recover if appropriately left alone.
We will too.

Wayne Rickard

PS: Gisborne Herald, February 22. The three Gisborne finalists for the Farm Enviro Awards should have penned the Ministerial Inquiry into Land Use in Tairāwhiti. They would have got to the point immediately. Congratulations.
