Another Secondhand Sunday rolls around this weekend and the Gisborne District Council has urged the community to register for it so fossickers can find the right places.

People with household items to give away, should register their address on the council’s website by 5pm on Thursday.

The council will post the participating addresses online on Saturday morning.

“For those avid monthly treasure hunters, we apologise for the errors in last month’s list,” the council said in a Facebook post this week.

“Rest assured your addresses are coming to the correct place.”
