Re: Responses to news of latest crash fatality, November 12.
First off, I’m not a sales person pitching a “gizmo” device. However dash cameras are unbiased and non-judgmental, providing precise information as we drive, recording every detail in your path. And if enough people report and provide live visual footage
to the appropriate authorities of the unsafe driving practices we encounter, then surely the “Powers that Be” will “watch” what our motorists are experiencing on our Gisborne roads and do something proactive for every road users’ safety.
Record and report, fellow travellers. Just like a seat belt, our lives may depend on it.
