POLICE continue their investigation into the burglary of the Challenge Gisborne service station in Gladstone Road early yesterday morning.

They have repeated their call for information from the public.

A group of five or six thieves, believed to be juveniles, broke into the premises at around 12.30am yesterday.

They stole tobacco, vape products and cash valued at around $25,000.

They took away two of the outlet's tills.

Police have been viewing CCTV footage as they work to identify them.

They hope to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything at around the time of the incident.
