Early last year our country was struck by an extraordinary event, the Freedom Protest Rally to and at Parliament. Convoys started from each end of the country and gathered huge support, but there was virtually no mention of them in the media until they arrived in Wellington. What was the real story?

Award-winning NZ filmmaker Alistair Harding has made a documentary about this chapter of NZ history which is showing at the Odeon this coming Thursday, for free, at 6.30pm. This may be a challenging evening for many who have been comfortable with what they have been led to believe about the Wellington protest. The documentary offers a new perspective.
