Yesterday was an exciting day for new East Coast MP Dana Kirkpatrick as the National-led coalition Government was sworn into office.
Ms Kirkpatrick is eagerly looking forward to delivering her maiden speech.
“I have been thinking about my maiden speech for a while now, and gathering thoughts and ideas.”
She
does not know yet what responsibilities she will be given, or what select committees she will be appointed to.
Ms Kirkpatrick has established an electorate office in Whakatāne and now looking for a Gisborne office and staff.
